Keeping the kitchen clutter-free is an important factor in using Feng Shui for weight loss as clutter can cause disrupting Chi. Cupboards in kitchen should not be kept open with kitchen and food accessories. Keep a bowl of fresh fruits on a table or counter to represent healthy choices and vitality. You should use bright colored jogging suits instead of traditional black or gray suits for the exercises. Thus, Feng Shui can help you to succeed in your goal of weight loss.
